Renewable Energy & Climate Mitigation
In 2025, Polaris continued to strengthen its clean energy portfolio with the addition of wind power generation, positioning the Company among the few renewable energy producers in the region with a fully diversified portfolio that includes geothermal, run of-river hydro, solar and wind. This diversification enhances energy reliability, resilience and impact, and differentiates Polaris within the renewable energy industry.
Water Stewardship and Responsible Water Use
Water is a critical shared resource for the communities and environments in which we operate.
Polaris applies responsible water management practices designed to ensure efficient use, minimize operational impacts and protect local ecosystems. In our hydro and geothermal operations, 100% of the water used during the power generation cycle is returned to rivers or reservoirs, ensuring that the natural system remains intact and water availability is preserved.
