Young Talent Internship Program

Our Youth Talent Internship Program in Nicaragua provides university and technical students with valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The program allows participants to apply their academic knowledge in real-world operational settings while developing practical skills that support their professional growth.
Through mentorship, structured learning opportunities, and exposure to our renewable energy operations, interns gain insight into industry practices and build capabilities that prepare them for future careers. The program also serves as an important pathway for identifying and developing emerging talent within the organization.
Polaris is committed to promoting industry best practices, inclusion, and professional development by creating opportunities for diverse young talent to grow and thrive within the renewable energy sector. This commitment is further supported through our onboarding program, which provides structured training and resources to help new employees and interns successfully integrate into the organization.
