We recognize that our staff create the identity that drives us forward, this is why we are committed to providing a fair, respectful, and supportive workplace that promotes high level ethical standards. Polaris believes that it is a shared responsibility of every individual, regardless of position title or work location, to actively participate in building Polaris? winning mindset and innovative business practices. We accomplish this by creating a workplace built on our core values and ethical standards. Polaris will not tolerate any wrongdoing, unethical behavior, or impropriety and will immediately take the appropriate disciplinary action to correct or remediate any such transgressions.

The Code, as approved, reviewed and monitored by the Board, is applicable to all directors, officers, employees and contractors of Polaris.
