Catherine is the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Spectrum Health Care, a leading provider of innovative home health care in Ontario and Quebec. Catherine has more than 20 years of broad legal experience, proven leadership skills and board governance expertise with a track record for navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes in support of long-term value creation. She is trilingual and licensed to practice law in Ontario and Quebec.
Before joining Spectrum, Catherine served as Associate General Counsel and Strategic Advisor at Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. and was Associate General Counsel (M&A) with TELUS Communications and Senior Counsel at Lafarge Canada. Catherine holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-Schulich, a Bachelor of Common Law from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Civil Law from Laval University and is a certified Corporate Director (ICD.D). Catherine currently serves on the Board of Polaris Renewable Energy (TSX:PIF) (Audit and HR&ESG Committees), is Co-Chair of the Schulich Women Network and will join the Board of Track3, a non-profit organization enabling kids and youth with disabilities to practice snow sports (Secretary).
