Anton joined Polaris Renewable Energy Inc, (formerly, Polaris Infrastructure Inc.) as CFO in December 2018. Anton is responsible for all aspects of Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Accounting, Tax, as well as Information Technology and HR, working closely with Marc in the areas of M&A, strategic partnerships, corporate governance and investor relations.
Previously, Anton was a CFO in the Homebuilding and Solar Energy industries where he was also responsible for all aspects of financial leadership. Additionally, he was also involved in the Renewable Energy industry as it relates to Biodiesel. Anton was a key member of the management team of a Company that successfully progressed a technology developed at the University of Toronto from bench-scale to commercialization and then public listing via an RTO transaction. Valuable experience was further garnered throughout his career with increasingly more senior roles within the Real Estate Development, major Construction and Telecomm Industries.
Anton holds a Bachelor of Arts, History degree from York University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
