Alexis joined Polaris in June 2015. Alexis has held progressively more senior roles was recently promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, Latin America. Alexis is responsible for the operational and administrative oversight of operations in Latin America.
Alexis has vast experience in finance and accounting, as well as solid knowledge and experience in general business administration processes, such as Acquisitions, IT, Internal Controls and power plant operations.
Alexis worked for 27 years for Esso Standard Oil SA Limited, progressing through increasingly important roles in the areas of Refining Engineer, Information and Technology, Finance and Accounting, Treasury and Planning Supervisor, Business Support Manager and Project Advisor Regional and Global Sales and Controls.
Alexis has a degree in Electronic Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from INCAE Business School and a postgraduate degree in Finance from UAM and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
